1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Compare2Best (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Platform Description

Compare2Best is a global multi-category product comparison platform providing: multi-brand parameter comparison, brand certification & showcase, buyer-supplier connection services, and industry guides. The Platform does not directly participate in product transactions and charges no transaction commissions.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• One account per entity only.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or infringing information
• Use automated tools to scrape platform data
• Interfere with platform operations or security
• Impersonate others
• Post spam, advertisements, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (comparison data, UI design, algorithms, text, graphics) is owned by Compare2Best and protected by copyright law. Merchants retain IP rights to their product information, granting the Platform a license to display and use such information within the Platform.

6. Disclaimer

• The Platform uses reasonable efforts to ensure parameter accuracy but does not guarantee 100% error-free.
• The Platform is not liable for transactions between merchants and buyers.
• The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service but will strive for stability.
• The Platform is not responsible for third-party website content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Platform against any losses, claims, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. The Platform may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation. Certain provisions survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if unsuccessful, submit to the court with jurisdiction at the Platform's operating location.
